Six week specialty plans follow a theme and the plans are sent to you all at once, rather than over the course of six weeks.

6 Weeks of 30 Minute Meals

I’ve had many afternoons when we get home from one activity, or finish a round of homework and look at the clock and there is literally 30 minutes until we have to be out the door for basketball practice, or Scouts.
As we enter this busy back to school season, I want to equip you with a game plan for dinner!
I’ve pulled together 36 recipes that can all be made in 30 minutes or less. Start to finish. No precooked ingredients. Everything is prepared from start to table in 30 minutes. No complicated recipes or cooking methods.
Each week consists of 6 meals with a shopping list for those 6 meals. That’s a total of 36 recipes with shopping lists combined by week. Some of the meals include Spinach Lasagna Skillet Dinner, Potato Chip Chicken Strips, BBQ Chicken French Bread Pizza, Ham & Pea Pasta and Slopp-Cheesy Joe Sliders.

6 Weeks of Paleo Meals
Paleo is one of the hottest diets right now but one of the common complaints about Paleo is that it’s expensive.
But it doesn’t have to be and we are here to help.
The plan has 6 weeks worth of meals with 6 meals in each week. There are 5 dinner meals plus a breakfast idea, lunch idea or snack idea, on each of the weekly lists. It also includes a short list of other ideas for breakfast and snacks to spur on your creativity as you dive into a new kind of eating because the key when on a new eating plan is knowing that you have on hand, what you can eat.
Each of the meals will not be under $5, even with couponing and aggressive sales shopping, because they are all protein/veggie/fruit based but this is as budget friendly as you’re ever going to get.

6 Weeks of Vegetarian Meals
We’ve partnered up with Aviva from The Six O’Clock Scramble to bring to you a six-week vegetarian meal plan that are quick (no more than 30 minutes of prep), kid-tested and approved, simple recipes that are under 500 calories per serving without a lot of saturated fat, salt, or sugar.
My friend Aviva has always had in interest in making meatless meals and developing vegetarian recipes that are also easy, healthy and family-friendly (which can be hard to find!). As a committed environmentalist and animal lover, she prefers to get her nutrition from plant products like vegetables, beans, fruit and nuts and also enjoys cooking with eggs and cheese. When her daughter decided to become a vegetarian at age 11, Aviva became even more focused on creating vegetarian recipes that work perfectly for busy families and new to a Vegetarian diet.
The plan has a different design than our other $5 Meal Plans, but don’t be alarmed, there are detailed instructions and a shopping list to help you get in and out of the store quickly. Some recipes in the plan include Mango & Black Bean Salad, Fusili with Pistachio-Arugula Pesto, Tomato-Basil & Corn Soup, Asian Lettuce Wraps, and Spanish Oven Omelet with Potatoes & Cheese.
This is not a vegan plan, some of the recipes contain cheese and eggs.
